The Role :

  • Carry out daily building management and facilities service in Company premises including premises leasing matters
  • Assist to plan and implement facilities improvement / office renovation works
  • Devise and implement environmental measures to comply with government requirements and achieve best practices as well as safety measures to comply with OHSAS 18001 requirements
  • The Person :

  • Higher Diploma or above in Real Estates, Facilities Management or Property Management
  • 5 years’ relevant working experience
  • Willing to learn and develop multi-skills in building and facilities management and related projects in both Hong Kong and the Mainland
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent putonghua is an added advantage
  • Holder of a valid driving license is an added advantage
  • Proficient in PC applications
  • Travel to PRC is required
