We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Technical Product Manager .

Principal responsibilities

  • Solid experience in managing and leading mid to large size projects, especially payment projects and cross functional teams.
  • Proven track record to manage and work in high pressure situations with tight timescales of recovery supporting tier 0 services critical to the bank.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful, complex technical programs and projects.
  • Proven track record of managing application service release and deliver in complex systems across multiple tiers throughout the development, testing, staging, and production cycles.
  • Ability to rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders and senior management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills leading teams to recover stricken services whilst articulating with confidence the recovery plan to senior IT management.
  • Strong application development background with a solid understanding of development methodologies
  • Strong application support background on critical back office applications.
  • Understanding of the design and implementation of proactive monitoring and health checks
  • Requirements

  • Familiar with Payment domain would be an definite advantage
  • Analytical mind set on root cause analysis and resolution
  • Experience on Agile and DevOps would be an advantage
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven fast learner
  • Fluent in English speaking languages and Cantonese language are a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities and the ability to lead and influence.
  • Proven experience in managing and working with external vendor.
