Duties :

You will be supporting one of our clients in the Luxury / High-end retail industry; a well-known global leader where you will be working directly with their in-house Talent Acquisition team.

You will recommend and execute sourcing strategies with a focus on passive talent and be an ambassador for Allegis Global Solutions and your clients' brand at every interaction. You will

  • Source qualified candidates for open requisitions within your clients' industry, in various job families, from high-end retail to corporate roles
  • Select & qualify candidates based upon culture, skill, & motivational fit.
  • Communicate recruitment trends and market intelligence with the client to influence hiring decisions.
  • Proactively pipeline talent and create pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the client’s workforce plans.
  • Provide professional advice and open and honest feedback to candidates in a timely manner and in accordance with recruitment best practices.
  • Facilitates recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing and work proactively with the team to pipeline in accordance with volume candidate requirements
  • Understanding the contractual recruitment delivery process and carrying out activities accordingly to ensure that account KPIs / SLAs are met.
  • Gaining a sound understanding of the designated client business area, including structure nature of business and challenges faced.
  • Communicating market intelligence and acting as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers.
  • Coaching candidates in preparation for interviews and providing them with professional advice and honest feedback in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining contact with existing talent pool candidates to ensure information is current and briefing them on potential current and future opportunities.
  • Criteria :

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a sourcing / recruiting role, within in-house, RPO & / or agency
  • Your focus will be Recruiting in Taiwan, hence the need to speak Mandarin is required for this role
  • Proven ability to perform multiple high-level defined searches for 15-20 openings month on month, using relevant recruiting channels (80% sourcing for candidates, 20% BAU / administrative tasks)
  • Role types : Retail, operations, customer experience, functional roles, niche etc. (wide array to keep it interesting), where your ability to recruit against multiple functions and industries will be evident in your profile.
  • Proven ability to creatively recommend sourcing strategies utilizing Boolean search logic, job boards, associations, social recruiting, and internet searches.
  • Strong knowledge of technology (ATS / CRM, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
