About Our Client

My client is a well known business in Hong Kong in the services sector who are looking for a HR Generalist to join their team.

You will be working closely with the senior management and supporting the operations functions of their hirings. This will be an all rounded role focusing on recruitment and global mobility.

Job Description

The Successful candidate will have the following duties

  • To handle all the recruitment matters for the Finance department, handling a 360 role from sourcing, screening to offer stages
  • Handling on boarding / off boarding process and to be involved in the appraisal process for the team
  • To be responsible for any global mobility cases of talent, assisting with Visa, relocation services and rental options
  • Handling manpower reports and consolidation of data regarding various HR data and insights for Business departments
  • Assisting with Ad-hoc HR projects and incentives
  • The Successful Applicant

    The Successful Candidate will have the following requirements

  • Higher education in Human Resources or relevant studies
  • Over 4 years solid experience within an in house HR position handling all rounded HR matters
  • Solid experience in the recruitment and mobility remit
  • Personality wise, must be able to build rapport, have strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage expectations of senior stakeholders
  • Candidates with short notice will have an advantage
