Description :

  • To handle helpdesk cases and monitor the daily operations of the helpdesks for GovHK / MyGovHK
  • To assist in managing the rollout schedule of online services of Bureaux / Departments (B / Ds) with MyGovHK
  • To coordinate project activities
  • To provide secretariat support to Helpdesk Review Meetings and Progress Review Meetings for service rollout
  • Skills :

  • Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
  • At least 1 year of working experience as a System Analyst
  • Solid experience in helpdesk operations and online service rollout;
  • Solid experience in programme / project management of large scale web-based related project / service with at least 300 000 active users
  • Solid experience in different aspects of system implementation, including preparation of requirement specification, management of system development, outsourcing, management of system development and maintenance support
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills; and
  • Strong communication skill in written English.

  • 2 Years x Electronic Service Delivery
  • 2 Years x Web Hosting, Design and Maintenance
  • 2 Years x Experience in Customer Relations
  • 2 Years x Helpdesk Call Handling Technique
  • 2 Years x IT Service / Outsourcing Management
