Work cross-functionally to drive the strategic development, planning, and execution of integrated marketing programs, campaigns, and processes - with a sharp focus on internal brand awareness initiatives that reflect the core brand identity of HBX.
Assist the Global Marketing Director in leading the ideation and execution of 360 marketing plans by working cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, Special Projects, Regional Teams, Buying & Merchandising, Creative & Content Production, and more.
Provide project management support across Brand Marketing and Content projects, ensuring all are executed on time and on budget.
Drive marketing efforts across the organization while bringing creative ideas to execution and delivering concepts to customers in support of our ambitious growth objectives.
Develop clear & thoughtful creative briefs for Creative & Content teams to create best-in-class assets.
Manage multiple critical, time-sensitive, and high-visibility projects within the Brand and Content teams.
Build strong relationships throughout both the HBX team and the wider HYPEBEAST organization and optimize cross-departmental workflows.
Prepare Weekly and Monthly reporting ahead of standing meetings and in advance of wider business forums.
5+ years of brand marketing, project management, creative operations, or related experience; knowledge of the luxury fashion industry and e-commerce landscape is a must.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
A highly creative and non-traditional thinker who is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Demonstrates experience in creating and implementing digital initiatives that are scalable for high growth trajectory.
Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication, and time management skills, as well as the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and focus.
Able to develop influential and collaborative relationships across teams and functions, and articulate a vision that inspires colleagues and customers alike.
