The Sales Director, Head of Partnership Distribution is responsible for leading Independent Advisory / Broker and strategic partnership businesses and driving the teams to meet the company sales targets.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute channel strategies including people, service, products and compensation to align with overall company strategies.
  • Manage and lead distribution teams to work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver effective business results and quality services to distributors and customers
  • Prospecting, developing and securing quality new business partners.
  • Identify business partners’ needs, explore business opportunities and develop total distribution and marketing solution to meet prospective partners’ customer needs
  • Manage the overall relationship and expectation of business partners and ensure smooth sales support and excellent customer service.
  • Develop management expertise, mitigate resource / management vulnerability; ensure appropriate succession planning. Identify training needs and provide development opportunities to talents.
  • Manage the overall partnership distribution budget. Exercise expenses control to ensure meeting the plan. Responsible for the manpower planning and resources allocation.

    Requirements :

  • A proven leading ability and demonstrable evidence of ability to quickly understand and develop distribution opportunities through relationship building and deep understanding of require support services to enrich the partnerships.
  • At least 10 years sales experience, of which at least 5 years in insurance or other financial services.
  • Deep knowledge of life insurance industry and products
  • Strong Project management and communication skills
  • Strong Leadership skills

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to demanding environment and cultural diversity
