  • remove this observation once having finalized the job description) Our IP / Optical Networks business group (ION) includes IP, optical and network automation technologies and related services sold to our communication service provider customers as well as adjacent markets including webscale companies and enterprises.

    Our comprehensive wide area networking (WAN) solutions enable our customers to build and operate automated, secure, and high-performance networks at massive scale helping to interconnect people and things from any broadband access modality to and among - edge clouds, central clouds, the Internet, and other services and data centers.

  • Job Description - perform on-site and remote technical support for our customers (NMS, DDOS platforms)- perform implementation and commissioning activities- Fault simulation in the lab Job Responsibilities & Competencies - on-site and remote technical support on NMS (NFM-P), and Deepfield DDOS platform- will be prime server platform support but sometimes may also need to support on the hardware platform (7x50 IP / MPLS Nokia routers)- fault simulation in the lab on the servers and some suspected fault cards of 7x50 Nokia routers- able to perform NMS, VM based platform, DDOS platform upgrade independently with minimum supvervision Qualifications - on-site and remote technical support on NMS (NFM-P), and Deepfield DDOS platform- will be prime server platform support but sometimes may also need to support on the hardware platform (7x50 IP / MPLS Nokia routers)- fault simulation in the lab on the servers and some suspected fault cards of 7x50 Nokia routers- able to perform NMS, DDOS platform upgrade independently with minimum supvervision (Nokia Closing text below should not be edited, nor should additional content be entered after it;
