Brand Executive ( FMCG / Newly created role / 5 days work )

Duties :

  • Report to Brand Manager and top management
  • Work closely with the Brand Manager on nation-wide marketing and brand building activities
  • Assist in managing the retail channels operation and the team efficiency
  • Prepare budgeting and oversea P&L and ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets
  • To manage the inventory purchase and forecast to ensure smooth delivery and operation
  • To work and coordinate across different department to ensure smooth daily operation
  • Develop brand building strategies, marketing and communication plans
  • To maximize brand’s visibility to acquire customers for the company
  • Identify brand opportunities and challenges for business growth
  • Good knowledge and well understand on consumer needs and behaviors, identify right brand positioning
  • Undertake ad-hoc project assigned by the Management
  • Requirements :

  • Degree holder in Marketing or Business-related discipline
  • Min. 3 years' brand marketing experience from FMCG or beauty industry with min.2 years in manager or supervisory level
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills
  • Independent, strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Able to travel
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Brand Manager
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable.
