As an extended journey from boutique, the Les Atelier, a client-facing destination showcasing selected premium alteration, repair and care services of the House, is introduced, to demonstrate our lifetime engagement with the client and our CSR commitment.

Reporting to the Head of Atelier, the Atelier Ambassador is responsible for providing a professional and seamless consultation service to the clients.

He / she serves as the front face of the Atelier, a liaison to collaborate with the Tailors / Artisan in delivering a unique luxurious journey and experience to our clients, connecting them with the House, the History & the Craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities :

Welcome & host client

Greet & welcome clients on arrival, take care the needs of clients at any time of the journey to deliver exceptional and personalized service.

Ensure highest standards in all aspect of the service provided throughout the client journey.

Collaborate with FAs to fully understand the profile, taste, and preference of each client prior to the appointment

Work together with the Operations Manager to propose the most personalized services for the clients.

In partnership with Atelier team to understand clients’ expectation and provide expert advice as appropriate on any questions.

Accompany the client for Les Atelier tour to show case our craftmanship.

Master the Les Atelier tour script to cultivate storytelling in adapting to client’s interest

Manage client’s complaint and support Head of Atelier to resolve the issue

Operate related in-house systems and procedures

Uphold the image of the brand

Act as the role model in portraying a professional and sophisticated image of personal grooming and etiquette in accordance with the Chanel standards at all times

Be constantly aware of verbal (language & vocabulary) and non-verbal (gesture, body languages, eye contact) communication.

Demonstrate sound understanding and comprehensive knowledge of the House’s full range of products and service.

Role Specifications :

Higher Diploma or above

More than 3 years of customer service experience, preferably from hospitality, concierge services

Previous after sales experience is a plus

5 days work on shift

Passion for storytelling

Observant and sensitive to client’s needs

Confident, collaborative and organized

Detail oriented, high sense of responsibility

People oriented with good relationship building skills

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Strong service driven mindset

Thrive working in a team environment
