Brand Sales and Marketing Manager - Regional
Central, Hong Kong


  • Manage the new brand in all print communication, digital marketing, advertising, EDM campaigns, events, product launches and display materials across the region.
  • Marketing colleagues will consist of specialists in Marketing, Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Graphic Design.
  • Develop strategic sales channels to build consumer engagement / awareness at the point-of-purchase and drive sales.
  • Manage key offline partners orders and customer service
  • Write and edit marketing and public relations related material (award applications, sell sheets, brochures, press releases, newsletters, blogs entries, case studies, creative writing pieces etc.).
  • Drive online marketing content and promotional campaigns to increase sales online and offline.
  • Research marketing and brand building opportunities, such as local events, sponsorship, promotional opportunities and tradeshows in order to increase the awareness.
  • Manage third party partners such as marketplace platforms and marketing agencies for PR, KOL, Facebook, Google and Instagram support.
  • Plan and execute product launches, ensuring correct positioning of products within the market place to maximise sales.
  • Requirements

  • At least 6 years’ experience with international marketing exposure to retail. Fashion brand experience is preferred.
  • Experience in implementing direct and indirect retail marketing strategies is essential.
  • Experience managing retail partners orders, inventory, and customer service
  • Strong creative skills with an eye’ for good design experience in briefing for retail design and web content is a plus.
  • Experience in briefing graphic and web designers, while maintaining brand consistency to deliver strong, communicative marketing materials.
  • Experience in building successful consumer engagement using social media and digital platforms.
  • Experience writing for web / creating written online content with SEO / SEM in mind is highly desirable.
  • Experience in advertising and public relations is highly desirable.
  • Ability to collaborate at all levels with both internal and external customers.
  • Analytical skills and high levels of attention to detail.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and keep a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Fluent written and oral English.
