The Job

  • Implement preventive maintenance, repair and replacement works to ensure all systems, equipment and fixtures in good conditions
  • Support maintenance helpdesk services, attend emergency meeting,
  • inspection and repair, including work overtime after office hours and on holidays if necessary

  • Perform cost control and regular reporting for repair and maintenance works
  • Review, propose and develop facility management process and specifications
  • Supervise in-house technical staff to provide quality services
  • Source, procure and manage repair and maintenance services, materials equipment and fixtures
  • Liaise with government authorities, utility companies, landlords, building managers, project managers, contractors, and suppliers when required
  • Other duties assigned by his supervisor and / or department head
  • The Person

  • University graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience, preferably in retail related business
  • Good knowledge of refrigeration, MVAC, electrical, plumbing and drainage, fire services installations, maintenance practices and related legislative requirements
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to accept ownership and works under pressure
  • Possess strong sense of urgency
