  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing, interview, presenting candidates and extending offers
  • Recruit talents in the market through proactive sourcing and advanced sourcing tools / techniques
  • Work closely with hiring managers to design and develop recruitment channels and process to improve hiring efficiency
  • Develop strong sourcing network and assure a robust talent pipeline
  • Support new joiner pre / on-boarding processes
  • Maintain timely and accurate recruitment database
  • Prepare the recruitment statistic report for management review
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments or projects when required
  • Employer Branding

  • To support the Employer brand building and employee relation programs to increase staff engagement and morale.
  • Ensure that internal / external employer brand messages are clearly articulated, aligned and disseminated effectively
  • The Successful Candidate

  • University graduate in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in recruitment , preferably gained from retail industry and recruitment agency
  • Excellent candidate sourcing, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate with people from different levels and cope with a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Good computer literacy, including MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
