PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Shipment management of PVH brands from sourcing origins to markets
Manage export & import declaration and logistics paperwork
Vendor management (Factory and Service Provider) : Support Manager to monitor On Time Delivery, Transit time under different ship mode
Follow up on all shipping documents (incl. Free Trade Agreement CO for duty savings, invoice & packing list)
Measure & Monitor KPI
Liaise with different business units to resolve any issues related to Shipment, EDI / ASN, Labelling, Vendor non compliance
Record management : Compile periodical shipment reports & ensure data integrity in SAP
Answer logistics enquiries from different business units
Work closely with market logistics teams to ensure the documents for import entry are accurate and on-time
Freight invoice audit
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
Experience : At least with 5 years working experience in the same field & industry.
Education : University / Tertiary education or above
Excellent in MS Excel (V-lookup, pivot table) and MS Word
Knowledge in MS PPT
Good in spoken & written English & Mandarin
