Principal Responsibilities
Accountable for the growth of AMH Business Banking's Portfolio Managed segment through driving sustainable revenue, formulation and implementation of business strategy while ensuring delivery of best in class customer service and ensuring full compliance with Global Standard requirement
Support Director Business Banking Portfolio Management in coordinating and managing the Business Centre. Develop and implement the Business Banking Portfolio Management's New To Bank acquisition strategy and a sustainable Referral Partners Strategy
Lead Business Centres to implement sales plan. Champion service and operational initiatives of the Portfolio Management segment
Work closely with functions BOS, CMB MKT, COO, FCC, RC, FCTM, LGA and product partners GLCM, IIS, Lending, GM, GTRF to drive income and improve customer experience
Maintain execution standard to ensure operational and service excellence of the District's PM business. Ensure continuous flow of valued customer for right-segmenting to the Relationship Managed segment
Requirements
University graduate with extensive general banking experience with exposure in sales, commercial banking, new business development and banking products, preferably with experience in leading a relationship management and sales team.
Credit experience is preferred but not mandatory
Seasoned customer due diligence skills and good understanding of commercial banking products and services
An established track record in winning new business and growing existing income
Strong leadership and sales management skills
Well-developed interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and writing skills
Relevant investment and insurance license is required
