Conduct training to Commercial Team in understanding the labelling requirements and approval process

Review food product labels, claims, product specifications and supporting documents to ensure product regulatory compliance

Co-ordinate with Group Product Technical Services Team for pre-launch product testing

Co-ordinate with Group Product Technical Services Team and Commercial Team on product monitoring program

Do you have experience in food label compliance?

University Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related disciplines

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in food product label review in Food Retail / Product Development / Manufacturing industry

Detail-oriented and demonstrated ability to work independently, communicate effectively, work under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with demonstrated flexibility and adaptability

Self-motivated, hardworking, and demonstrated problem solving, logical thinking, and negotiating skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese / Cantonese

Proficient in MS Office including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
