Our client is a luxury fashion retailer and distributing various brands in the region.
Formulate marketing strategies and define marketing calendar with holistic plans for brand positioning, product launching, CRM, etc.
Analyze competitive activities and market trend to define and formulate CRM strategies and programs
Supervise the Marketing Team and Visual Merchandising Team to effective the day-to-day operations with the objectives to enhance the brand image and awareness
Initiate and pilot the planning, execution and measurement of marketing initiatives including ATL & BTL advertising, loyalty programs, digital branding programs, etc.
Work closely with various functional teams to effective the marketing strategies as well as ensure the execution achieves the goals and objectives
Responsible for budget planning and forecasting as well as manage the A&P expenses and ensure the resources all utilized effectively and properly
Requirement : :
Bachelor Degree or above
8+ years relevant experience gained from retail fashion brand, with at least 3 years at managerial grade
Regional exposure with Greater China experience is highly preferably
Strong numerical and business sense with excellent presentation skill
Willing to travel to China
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
