The Loyalty Program VIP and Event Manager will be based in the HK and will work in close collaboration with numerous internal stakeholders in the company and marketing team (data, PR / event, product marketing, communities, etc.

to build a strong relationship with our VIPs by providing them a premium experience that begins with their onboarding and continues with invitations to exclusive events and opportunities.

Some of the events will be produced by third-parties, others will be produced by you. This includes leveraging the VIP opportunities through our Global Partnership with Aston Martin F1 racing.

What you will be doing

  • Build strong relationships with our VIPs and ensure a premium experience is delivered to them
  • Curate Welcome Pack and / or other merchandise from ideation, sourcing, manufacturing, QC to distribution to VIPs
  • Work closely with PR / event team to develop a VIP event calendar and handle logistics such as invitation, RSVP, ticket distribution etc
  • Manage and review the database of VIPs and handle all matters regarding onboarding
  • Work closely with data, customer service, PR / event, product marketing, research and insight team
  • Gather feedback from VIPs to provide suggestions to improve the program
  • Review the VIP program constantly to provide suggestions on perks to grow the program
  • Who you are

  • Proven experience as loyalty program manager
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with customer-orientated experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a very fast-moving environment
  • Be an effective self-starter with the ability to navigate through ambiguity
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in loyalty program
