Responsibilities

Follow up local and overseas email orders and daily inquires.

Co-operate with Purchasing Order team, Shipping team and Finance team to catch up tight delivery schedule.

Perform good customer service, complains solving, establish relationship with customers.

Support general office work, phone inquiries and any ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements

  • F.5 or above with at least 3 years solid working experience in customer service, preferably in garment, trim products industry.
  • Good trims knowledge is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using ERP system and PC skills including MS office.
  • Responsible, self-motivated, independent, willing to learn and positive attitude.
  • Good command in English, Mandarin & Cantonese.
  • Immediately available is preferred.
  • Holidays : Bank Holiday
