What success looks like in this role :
Responsible for providing onsite support services for the telephony / PBX equipment and the 2nd level support for field service team.
Supported Products Summary :
You will be successful in this role if you have :
2. 2-4 years of hands-on experience with voice / telephony technical support services (Trading Floor experience is a plus).
3. Good knowledge of Microsoft products, Windows OS and Networking (i.e. routers and switches).
4. Certification in CCNA is preferred.
5. Good writing and communication skills in English and Cantonese.
