Job Summary) :

Temporary coverage in the Portfolio Management Team of Invesco Real Estate Asia. Key work streams include fund / portfolio management, acquisitions and asset management

Key Responsibilities / Duties :

  • Coordinate and create materials and documentation in relation to funds, co-investments and separate accounts
  • Assist CPM to (i) coordinate client meetings and roadshows (ii) manage due diligence and onboarding of new clients and (iii) manage existing and potential client relationships
  • Fund Management :
  • Create and maintain financial models for relevant funds, co-investments and separate accounts
  • Assist in client communications including preparing regular and ad hoc quarterly / monthly reports, notices, announcements, questionnaires, meeting materials etc.
  • Acquisitions :
  • Prepare and organize potential opportunities under reviewed and due diligence review underwriting in both the financial model and investment committee presentation
  • Ensure deal documentation accurately reflects the agreed upon deal terms and positions of the fund / strategy
  • Asset Management :
  • Execute asset management strategy as set out in underwriting
  • Monitor the asset and our positions throughout the life of the deal
  • Work Experience / Knowledge :

  • Relevant work experience in real estate or quantitative finance
  • Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required :

  • English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Quantitative & analytical skills
  • Organization and communications skills
  • Capacity to learn quickly and execute accurately
  • Self-motivated
  • Formal Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in high standing from top tier university
