Job Description

  • Perform daily internal administrative works;
  • Arrange meeting, take meeting minutes;
  • Prepare presentation materials in ppt format;
  • Prepare executive report in ms word format;
  • Prepare statistical data using ms excel formula and macros;
  • Responsible for data input / recording, filing, keep track project progress, payment handling, monthly reporting, analysis and budgeting.
  • Job Requirement :

  • Degree holder with major in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Self-initiative, hardworking, independent and able to work under pressure;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Good writing skills (both Chinese & English) ;
  • Good knowledge in MS Office applications, PowerPoint and Excel macro;
  • Familiar with Chinese input methods;
  • Sensitive in numbers and good in calculation;
  • Working experience in IT related firms would be an advantage.
