Lead a team ofprofessionals responsible for regulatory reporting and analytics
Develop andexecute the implementation of the Granular Data Reporting framework
Identifyopportunities to develop and enhance other regulatory reporting processinvolving cross functional granular (customer, transaction level) data
Develop theteam to support the requirements and ensure appropriate leverage of resourcesacross the organization to maximize effectiveness of the team
Provideleadership and drive execution of regulatory reporting initiatives such as newrequests from regulators, enhancement of reporting platforms, strategic datasourcing, implementation of consistent change management and governanceprocesses, implementation of strategic initiatives
Partnereffectively and efficiently with LOB teams, Finance, Risk functions and otherkey stakeholders to drive accurate and efficient reporting
Ensure dataintegrity by adhering to internal controls and policies. Also ensuring robustchecks and controls for all deliverables
Develop andvalidate consistent process flows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) acrossall activities
Present keyresults to executive management prior to filing with regulators Ensure timelysubmission of the reports in scope
Degree holder in Accountingor Finance with over 10 years’ working experience in Financial ServicesIndustry and CPA / Big 4 experience is a plus
Firmwide orLOB level regulatory reporting experience preferred
Provenmanagerial experience in guiding and developing team members
Strong bankingand financial product knowledge with an understanding of how such products arereported on various reports
Proven abilityto develop and drive the strategic direction of the team / function

Ability tomanage internal clients / key stakeholders by anticipating needs, proactivelyresponsive and accessible, welcomes inputs and feedback
Strongreconciliation and analytical skills; good at interpretation of data andidentification of anomalies
