Working alongside a professional team in the Group’s Corporate Head Office based in Hong Kong, we are seeking for a Manager, CRM Brand Marketing & Partnerships to join the Sales & Marketing Greater China Team.
This role will report to Regional Director - Digital Customer Experience & Marketing based in Beijing, and this role is responsible for developing and implementing customer relationship management and brand marketing strategies for the Greater China Shopping Arcades that support the Greater China Sales & Marketing and CRM Programme objectives.

Key Accountabilities
Develop annual Greater China Shopping Arcade’s strategies and activities that will be activated via the Greater China CRM programme and traditional sales and marketing channels to increase customer traffic, sales, and loyalty
Measure, track and analyse each Shopping Arcade promotion to support ROI
Responsible for managing outside agencies and consultants such as design, print, copywriters, photographers, video producers that are required to execute strategies and activities
Produce all shopping arcade promotions, brand marketing and leasing materials according to The Peninsula Hotels brand guidelines
Identify, develop, and foster strong relationships with shopping arcade tenants and luxury consumer brands both in and out of the Shopping Arcades for potential brand partnerships to increase member guest engagement
Collaborate closely with the CRM Manager, Greater China to ensure tenant and customer strategies and activities support the Greater China S&M and Greater China CRM programme objectives, as well as developing and managing brand partnerships and offers.
Manage Greater China Sales & Marketing annual shopping arcade marketing budget
General requirements
University Degree or above in marketing or equivalent field
8-10 years’ experience in CRM and brand marketing
Greater China Loyalty program marketing and management experience in consumer luxury or hospitality industry is essential
Business level English, Mandarin, and Cantonese with excellent writing and presentation skills
Good data and customer analytics skill
Occasional business travel to Mainland China
