Our Interactive Services Department is responsible for the management of online interactive betting channels, including the web-
based Online Betting Service (eWin) and the Mobile Betting Service (iPhone and Android betting apps), as well as the operations of various digital services like the Racing Touch and the HKJC TV Apps.
These fast growing channels need to be closely monitored and fine-tuned to ensure customer's wagering experience can be delivered satisfactorily.
Support the Head of Department in administrative matters such as meeting preparation, project documentation and cross-team co-ordinations
Provide administrative support to the Strategic Project SP21a / SP22
Prepare documents required for different kinds of approval and sign-off processes
Liaise with different committees in order to follow the Club's project governance requirements
Manage and facilitate all procurement related processed, e.g. purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices and payments
Assist in monitoring productivity, staff training plan and other process-streamlining initiatives
Support in monitoring the departmental budget and expenditure
Organizes business schedules and appointments, as well as other secretarial tasks
You should have
Tertiary education with a minimum 5 years of administrative support experience
Solid skills in management report and presentation preparation
Attentive to details with good ability to establish and maintain accurate records and reports
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
High integrity in maintaining strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and matter
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders from senior management to junior staff and external parties in a professional manner
Excellent competency in MS Office applications : Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS projects etc.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
