The Segmentation team supports all Segmentation requests within the APAC region. As a Segmentation Specialist, you will process CT Scan data and convert those files into 3D bone models to develop custom pre-operative surgical plans for customers.

You will also review the 3D models and pre-operative surgical plans to ensure strict adherence to the established standards and quality of the company.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Update all segmentation request data into data base
  • Review CT Scans for conformity to required protocol
  • Segment CT Scan Data using specialized software to create 3D Anatomical Bone Models
  • Create Pre-Operative Surgical Plans for robotically assisted joint replacement surgeries
  • Review CT segmentations and Surgical Plans for accuracy of anatomical landmark selection, and implant sizing and positioning
  • Upload completed pre-operative plans to field based personnel for case execution
  • Document all activities according to prescribed methods and procedures
  • Deliver consistent output that meets established company standards
  • Work closely with the team in the US to resolve any issues within the work function
  • Who Are We Looking For?

  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from Biomedical Engineering, Science or health-related disciplines
  • At least 1 year's experience in Segmentation, Technical Design, Graphic Design, Drafting or Manufacturing for Medical Devices preferred
  • Experience in modeling, segmentation, or medical imaging, radiology is an added advantage (x-ray, CT, MRI, etc.)
  • Excellent command of English to communicate effectively with peers in other regions
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask under tight timelines
  • Team player with good communication and presentation skills
  • Certification in Nursing or related field is an added advantage
  • Recent graduates will be considered
