Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline

At least 4 - 6 years of HR experiences gained from relevant industry is preferable

Excellent communication, influencing & interpersonal skills, team-player and work independently

Detailed-minded, multi-tasked, independent and well-organised, able to integrate in a work culture of speed and agility

Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications

Responsibilities :

Support the Senior Manager on manpower planning and resources allocation

Provide end-to-end HR services to the business stakeholders

Act as the communication bridge between business stakeholders and HR team on people issues, enquiries, identify issues and liaise on solutions

Coach Line Managers on people management and performance management

Network with team members and be able to provide feedback and support on people issues to line managers, including insights and recommendations on team member engagement, learning and development etc

Review and develop HR policy and procedures, ensuring it is in compliance with the local labor law across the region

Work closely with C&B Supervisor in annual budgeting, salary review and bonus process and performance management

Support the implementation of HR initiatives such as performance planning, incentive programs and career & development planning

Participate and involve in HRIS implementation and maintenance

Prepare the monthly report such as headcount report and turnover analysis

Support ad-hoc tasks as required
