Responsibilities :
Prepare network infrastructure design, solution and provide recommendation
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the creation of network solution and provides recommendation
Assist Head of System to manage the network team meeting business objectives
Manage large scale network infrastructure planning and implementation as well as capacity planning
Manage vendor to meet SLA
Creative problem-solving to identify the source of network problems
Provide guidance to adjacent support teams to assist resolution of network issues
Financial planning and budgeting for network services
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
CCNA, CCNP / CCIE and ITIL v3.0 Certifications. CISSP Certification are an advantage
Minimum 7 years' experience in network infrastructure support and management
Expert Knowledge in network infrastructure design, analysis and implementation
Manage 24x7 network infrastructure environment to ensure the infrastructure is maintained in a secure, stable and reliable manner
Hands-on experience on Cisco router / switch / firewall, Juniper / Palo Alto / Bluecoat Firewalls, Avaya POE switch, FS load balancer, McAfee IPS / IDS, PulseSecure SSL VPN, NAC, Proxy appliance and etc
Hands-on support experience on Avaya IP Phone, PABX and Voice Recording System is preferred
Familiar with network utilities including but not limited to SolarWind, WhatsUpGo and CiscoWork
Proven problem troubleshooting and solving skills with an emphasis on a timely resolution
Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with other technologists and business partners to maintain a secure and reliable network infrastructure
Proven of leading multi-discipline technical team consisting various level of network engineer
Excellence interpersonal and presentation skills for interfacing with management, technical and non- technical audiences as well as mentoring of team members
Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin would be an advantage
