Provide effective administrative and secretarial support to Global Real Estate Department, APAC region- Lead and support in inter-departmental PMO coordination works- Support on internal SOP and procedural setup, review and record works- Familiar with real estate knowledge in APAC regions- Develop strong relationships with internal and external partners, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and liaise with user feedback on real estate related matters- Perform other real estate related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Degree holder preferred, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply- Able to travel within the region and provide on-site real estate support- Have an ability to be a quick problem solver and learn how to manage a range of internal and external parties.
Strong learning ability and pressure-resistant spirit.Nice to have- Proactive, fast learner and ability to multi-task.- People person- Multilingual and Multicultural ability is a plus
