Job Mission : The media ecosystem keeps transforming and the implications to house are increasing. In order to adapt the changes and seize media / business opportunities, an experienced Media Manager needs to elevate media strategy with innovative mindset that would accelerate brand awareness enhancement & engagement.

The Media Manager will be the operational lead as well as the key contact with the media agency; while the Senior Manager will be participating in meetings to understand business’ priorities and develop strategic planning to meet divisions’ needs.

Our media strategy has to be elevated for building innovative and effective advertising solutions under the rapid transforming media landscape.

In future, the potential candidate also requires strong digital marketing and data analytics background to strengthen media team while pave the way of digital mind-set transformation while sustaining brand saliency and legitimacy Striving for customer full funnel optimization through creative and innovative strategic thinking and planning are needed Ability to connect the dots across various sources of information Genuine interest in challenging the status quo and seeing the big picture Operational lead and key point of contact for the day-to-day management of the media agencies.

Responsible for cross-divisional prioritization and workflow. Identify new areas for testing and utilizing learnings to benefit the division’s media planning based on their business priorities by campaign.

Ability to assist in connecting the analytics coming from media, search and PR messaging and audiences to deliver data-informed learning.

Key Responsibilities : Direct and implement PAID media strategy & planning in leading external media agencies, in the conceptualization and execution of cross-channel media plans that deliver growth and efficiency for divisions Establish and well communicate standardized measurement and reporting discipline with agencies, inclusive of ROI modeling and individualized campaign KPIs.

  • Analyze and disseminate media results and reporting, and utilize learnings for providing actionable insights and future recommendations Play an active role in adopting best practices & innovation across media channels and maximize business potential for our brand Continuously Identify and champion specific media / business opportunity to innovate, expand and mature our current media strategy as well as address pain points / unmet needs Partner with global teams and CAP team to drive creative innovation, test & learn projects and optimize the performance of media campaigns Coach, mentor and develop senior executive including plan and provide career development plan and opportunities Role Specifications : Strong strategic thinking and execution capability with highest standards in a rapidly evolving media ecosystem Manage all external agency and publisher relationships to progress overall media capabilities and marketing strategies through ongoing testing and optimization Have strong knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the digital and media landscape, both through a technology and competitor lens Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization from external vendors to senior leadership Academic / Professional Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication.

    Relevant work experience in fast paced international corporations. Previous agency experience a plus. Work Experience : 7+ year experience in building and executing PAID media plan, for top-tier brand Strong experience in Digital Marketing activities to drive traffic on websites (Paid Social, SEO, SEM, Display, Programmatic etc.

    Recent experience with hands-on development, operations, management, and optimization of large-scale online campaigns Project management skills and the ability to build relationships across functions and with multiple stakeholders Proven experience developing and scaling new digital programs, as well as monitoring and refining existing programs to meet the company’s objectives Working in a global business environment required, accounting for different digital At Chanel, we are focused on creating an inclusive culture that nurtures personal growth, contributing to collective progress.
