We are interested to hear from enthusiastic professionals who want to contribute, inspiring passion and delight in our consumersJob Responsibilites : Production Planning Develop monthly master plans for production, define inventory levels of finished goods, and capacity plans according to set targets Responsible for delivering monthly master plans for all pick and pack activities for all work centres, ensuring optimum utilization work center capacities, optimize inventory levels and reducing set-

ups and change-overs, while ensuring the targeted service levelPurchase Planning Base on the defined agreements and strategy with vendors (VMI, safety stock level, lead-

time and forecast process, create monthly purchase plans for Finished Goods, food components and packaging materials Manage monthly order process with each vendorScheduling Lead and optimize scheduling process for the pick and pack facility Create weekly detailed schedule for production for P&P facility and follow up qualitive and timely output.

Create weekly call offs for materials and components for the operationsInventory management Responsible for optimization of stock levels according to the targets set in AOP planning and projections.

Sales & Operations process Weekly planning meeting, monthly supply planning meeting, Pre-SOP NPD preparation meeting : take the lead for supply planning and make sure that all supply planning constraints / information is well included in the NPD planning process.

Project and process management Ensure the optimal production planning process and defining / adjusting the process according to the changes in the supply chain Develop solid process with material management for material supply for both production and co packers.

Job Requirements : Degree in Business, Operations Planning, Logistics or related field Min 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably operating at international level Knowledge of planning concepts and experience in Operations management : inventory management, master scheduling, MRP, bill of materials.

Experience in working with ERP (mandatory) and advanced planning tools (preferred) English mandatory, Mandarin is an asset Immediate available will be an advantage
