Our client, a well-known and sizable conglomerate. They are now looking for a Talent Management Manager. This person is the key driver to manage TD programme in the company for all divisions.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Provide talent development strategies and plans to cope with the rapid expansion.
Manage the company's HiPO program.
Set up the system of succession planning for key managers.
Lead competency gap analysis.
Understand stakeholder's business needs, latest business changes and market trends, thereby applying suitable training and development strategies to maintain company's competency.
University graduate in Human Resources Management, Training, Psychology or related disciplines
5-8 years' solid experience in developing & managing talent development programs.
Retail experience would be an asset
Native Cantonese speaker, with high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Putonghua
Strong stakeholder management skills, capable to work proactively with people across all levels
