Our client, a well-known and sizable conglomerate. They are now looking for a Talent Management Manager. This person is the key driver to manage TD programme in the company for all divisions.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide talent development strategies and plans to cope with the rapid expansion.
  • Manage the company's HiPO program.
  • Set up the system of succession planning for key managers.
  • Lead competency gap analysis.
  • Understand stakeholder's business needs, latest business changes and market trends, thereby applying suitable training and development strategies to maintain company's competency.
  • Requirements

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management, Training, Psychology or related disciplines
  • 5-8 years' solid experience in developing & managing talent development programs.
  • Retail experience would be an asset
  • Native Cantonese speaker, with high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Putonghua
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, capable to work proactively with people across all levels
