Provide administrative support for postgraduate degree programmes, research degree admission, research grant applications, knowledge transfer projects and some staffing matters;
Provide secretarial support to committees and working groups;
Organise events and seminars;
Coordinate research ethics proposals and integrity training for research students;
Provide support for joint PhD and Mainland Collaboration Scheme;
Support the preparation for the Research Assessment Exercise;
Prepare reports, analyse data, draft policies, procedures and other documentation; and
Perform any other assignments.
A Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years' administrative experience, preferably in the higher education sector. Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese;
being self-motivated; good presentation and organisational skills; and ability to work under pressure are required. Solid experience in research and committee work is highly preferred.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
