Some of the key responsibilities will include :
Work closely with internal stakeholders and consultants from cross-functional departments for the mapping and establishment of workflow process.
Develop process map, identify clear definition of roles across teams, and determine ideal staffing models for inter-departmental coordination and process execution.
Keep track of process efficiency by continuous monitoring, identify any deficiencies and report to the COO and Executive team with recommendations of improvement.
Work closely with function heads to develop team training program against process change and for efficiency optimization.
Coordinate with external consultants for certification processes such as ISO, SOC, etc.
To be eligible for this role you will require :
At least 10 years of experience from telecommunications and digital infrastructure sectors particularly in the Operations role.
Experience in workflow process mapping & establishment and business operations optimization.
Project management experience in systems integration and merger & integration
Exposure to multi-country and multi-function project handling.
Team player with capability working in a evolving and fast-paced environment.
Fluent written and spoken English essential. Any other Asian language a distinct plus.
