The role :
Keep abreast of market trends and perform market research and sales data analysis to establish buying strategy for HK, Macau, Taiwan and China
Manage the movement of merchandising as well as deploy effective replenishment and mark down strategies, work on OTB and sales targets, products allocation to stores, etc.
Involve in developing pricing strategies and manage the product portfolio & PLC to maintain a high competitiveness in the market
Identify potential vendors and work with QA team to ensure a high quality standard of products development and production towards the buying direction and business objectives
Conduct product training to frontline sales
Requirement : :
Bachelor or above in Business Studies or related discipline
5+ years solid experience in buying functions for retail market, with China market exposure is definitely an advantage
Strong business and market sense with excellent analytical skill
Excellent in MS Office and formulation
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Less experience can be considered as Buyer
