Who we're looking for
As an NFT Digital Designer, your craft expertise, creativity and eye for design and illustration will help create evolutionary, trend-setting NFT projects for our users.
You will be responsible for creating high-quality visuals to support the NFT projects and will be expected to push the quality and innovation of the conceptualisation of the projects.
We are on the lookout for a highly versatile designer that is able to transition seamlessly between 2d illustration, motion graphics and environment- building.
What you will be doing
Partner with the art director to develop the overall creative direction of each project and its assets (art style, character development, tone, etc).
Deliver high-quality illustrated works (2d and / or 3d) for NFTs that deliver on the creative strategy
Concept Design and Art Asset Production : Character design, Environmental and Prop design for NFT projects
Develop and strategize efficient art pipelines and tooling systems
Effectively communicate visual ideas within team members and various stakeholders
Collaborative team player, comfortable working alongside teams of artists and designers and is open to feedback, both in giving and receiving
Able to work autonomously to achieve specific creative direction
Deliver creative designs in a timely manner to achieve project milestones
Who you are
3+ years of experience in Concept Art or Visual Development for games, animation, media or relevant industries
Solid knowledge of illustration, concept / design, storytelling, animation with a clear understanding of the creative development process
Showcase ability to paint or draw in a variety of art styles
Experience in areas such as motion graphics, illustration, animation, or 2D / CG production
Proficient in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, any other 2D / 3D software or video production tools
Ability to adapt to a diverse range of art styles
Strong communicator, independent and driven individual
Collaborative and humble spirit
Open-mindedness and flexibility
Highly curious and creative
Knowledge and interest in Cryptocurrency and NFT space is a plus
