Technical Support Officer

Job Description :

  • Provide IT technical support to end users of contact centers
  • Perform IT service operations including PC desktop, laptop, printer and computer peripherals etc.
  • Provide assistance on management of IT system, network equipment, server and facilities setup, installation and configuration, maintenance, service monitoring and security patch management
  • Maintain Service Ticketing and Case Log reporting, up-to-date IT hardware and software asset inventory on a regular basis
  • Perform standby / emergency call-out duty or overtime work upon request subject to ad-hoc assignment
  • Job Location : Hong Kong

    Requirements :

  • Holder of Certificate, Diploma or above in Computing, Information System or related disciplines
  • 1 year hands-on experience in computer hardware & software problem diagnostic and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge on Windows, MS Office and E-Mail applications, Virtualization and Linux will be an advantage
  • Can-do attitude, self-initiative and able to work independently
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Work location : New Territories and Kowloon
