Sales Planning Executive

Your Role

  • Acquire product knowledge and fulfillment logistics to drive sales of assigned line of business
  • Design and prepare sales, key performance indicator (KPI) and other analytical reports to measure channel performance
  • Coordinate procedures and practices with internal and external counterparts. Proactively identify and formulate action plans to ensure operation efficiency
  • Collect market intelligence, customer and staff feedback for service improvement
  • To succeed in this role

  • Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above in Business, Operation Management or related disciplines
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Good communication, problem-solving, interpersonal and effective presentation skills
  • Strong analytical thinking, self-motivated and independent judgment
  • Knowledge on telecom products (e.g. fixed-line, broadband and / or mobile) and related support roles is an advantage
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered in Senior Sales Planning Executive
