Training Coordinator / Admin Assistant

we are now looking

for a high caliber candidate for the following position :


  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to and RSG Department and Operations Department
  • Responsible for housekeep & manage the venue for training purpose
  • Manage training calendar, meeting schedule, special projects and events management
  • Handle incoming / outgoing mails, internal memo, filing & operations materials distribution to all restaurants
  • Regular update on training materials including lesson and visual materials (e.g. PowerPoint, Video, etc.)
  • As an assistant to set up an virtual classroom and zoom meetings
  • Perform data entry tasks, update training record system timely and monitor the staff training and expenses budget
  • Coordinate the training activities with external professional training organizations if needed
  • Participates on cross-functional teams and assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Professional should

  • 6 or above in business or secretarial studies with over 10 years of work experience
  • Detail oriented, flexible and presentable
  • High degree of independent judgment and discretion
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Hands-on administrative supporting experience
  • Strong organization, detail-minded and prioritization ability
  • Eager to learn, self-motivated, with flexibility and adaptability at work
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Chinese typing and digital coordination skill
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of integrity
