Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer complains and enquiries by phone or written mail
  • Investigate the complain cases and follow through on the case
  • Maintain a good relationship with customer and provide professional customer care service
  • Requirements :

  • F.6 or above with 3-4 years working experience in customer service, espically with working experience in Telecommunication or bank
  • Good command of spoken in Cantonese, English, able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus
  • Customer oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
  • Mature, able to work under pressure and pleasant
  • Good PC skill including MS office and Chinese Typing
