Role Summary

Position is for Field Services Engineer role to manage ticket queues, lead the team and work collaboratively with customer and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • User On-boarding
  • Initial triage of urgent issues
  • VIP Support with high priority
  • Installing, configurating, troubleshooting Windows 10, Office, VPN and other common business applications
  • Identifying PC hardware issue and get vendor to resolve
  • Isolating network / server issue and coordinate with network / server or other team to have it resolved
  • Supporting meeting room equipment and software
  • Do printer troubleshooting
  • Providing IT information and guide to user
  • Managing IT hardware and software assets
  • Using ServiceNow to update IT ticket
  • MAC Support and mobile device support
  • Provide ad-hoc and seasonal events support as requested by Client.
  • Coordinate with OEM vendors and Third Party for spares and maintenance activities
  • Provide ad-hoc and seasonal events support as requested by Client.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • ITIL foundation (preferable)
  • CCNA (good to have but not essential)
  • JAMF certified (preferable)
  • Network trouble shooting skills
  • Effective communication in English & Cantonese are mandatory
