Summary
This position is responsible for supporting the Marketing Department’s digital team & trade marketing team. Directly reports to the Digital Manager, s / he will be required to perform digital administrative tasks, trade digital assets adaptation and communication, execute social media platform management, and assist Digital Manager to implement digital activations to achieve group’s objectives.
To ensure success as a Digital Assistant, s / he should have basic knowledge of digital marketing, excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics :
Support administrative and digital activation tasks to ensure the routines of digital team
Support digital team and trade marketing team to produce multimedia contents & trade digital assets for PRHKM on digital platforms, e.
g. Facebook, Instagram, eDM, website etc
Assist Digital Manager to plan & executive digital media, eCRM and eCommerce activations with data-driven approach and various digital tools
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Manage all online customer touchpoints & social media accounts and maintain digital hygiene
Monitor digital agency, conduct digital research
Stay current with digital trends, new technologies and assess the competitive landscape
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
1+ years of experience in marketing
Proficient in MS office
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator is a must
Familiar with paid media and analytics reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business & ad manager
Ability to perform multi-tasks under tight deadlines
Good project management skills and work ethic
