Form 5 or above
1 - 2 years clerical experience, preferable in F&B / Catering industry
Experience food or F&B industry is preferable .
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Good communication & negotiation skills
Immediate available is highly preferable
Follow up purchase order
Coordinate with internal department, suppliers and factories
Develop and evaluate new sources of supplies
Maintain the purchase database and records
Monitor suppliers’ performance
