The Corporate Access team is looking to hire an Event Coordinator within the China team to execute corporate access activities for investors and companies.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 or 4 years’ experience in a similar role in the financial services industry or working for a corporate events company.

Responsibilities

Corporate access activities include conferences, NDR, tours and bespoke trips

Develop China corporate relationships

Invite speakers, consultants and corporates to CA events

Work with the sales team and analysts in developing the schedule of the investors at the events

Work with the regional corporate access team member to deliver APAC or global corporate access activities

Arrange all travel logistics including booking of venues and relevant transportation

Requirements

At least 3 or 4 years working in corporate access from sell side or buy side.

Obtain good relationship with Chinese corporates and consultants across multi sectors.

Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced banking environment

Independent self-starter but can work as part of the regional and global team

A problem solver and a team player

A strong communicator interacting with internal and external stakeholders

Highly detail-oriented, independent, and reliable with strong excel and organizational skills

Native mandarin speaker
