In this position, you will :

  • Resolve customer feedback and complaints via phone or in writing with courtesy and efficiency
  • Coordinate & communicate with various departments on case investigation
  • Carry out investigations and work closely with relevant parties in resolving disputes and drawing up replies to customers, regulatory bodies and external parties, e.g. OFCA
  • To highlight important issues to management identified in the course of complaint handling for review and service improvement
  • Assist supervisors on customer feedback reports and other ad-hoc projects
  • To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements :

  • HKCEE / DSE / Diploma holder or above
  • 2-3 years’ working experience on customer service fields preferably with experience in complaint handling
  • Well organized with analytical mind, good communication and strong objection handling skills
  • Have interest in using computer, PDA devices and smartphone
  • Proficiency in written & Oral of English, Chinese and Putonghua is must
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Care Specialist
