Perform payable and receivable controls and maintain communication with other teams for scheduling
Manage cash flow in ensuring the sufficient funds for supporting the business and complying with internal guidelines
Perform daily accounting operations and month-end closing
Assist on system enhancement and provide recommendation for work flow improvement
Monitor audit process
Review processes and provide recommendation for better efficiency and financial reporting systems
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor degree holder
At least 5 years working in financial accounting and insurance industry will be an advantage
Knowledge in US accounting standard
Experience of liaising with regulatory and financial services bodies
Knowledgeable on insurance financial statements and processes
A system-oriented mindset to manage information system
Able to work under time pressure with good time management
Excellent logical thinking and self-motivated
