  • Our client is a well-established banking organization in Hong Kong. They are looking for a very seasoned HR professional to join them and lead the Client Advisory function in the bank.
  • Job Description

  • Lead a team to provide proactive HR advice to designated businesses in the bank
  • Responsibilities include, but not limited to, talent acquisition and retention, manpower planning, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement projects
  • Requirements

  • University graduate in a relevant discipline
  • At least 8 years of HR experience as a generalist in the banking / financial sector
  • Possess all round understanding of the different businesses in the bank, including commercial banking, consumer banking, and related product functions’
  • Previous exposure in compensation & benefits strategies and policy formulation would be desired
  • A strong relationship builder with excellent level of tact in communicating and working with different levels of staff and senior management
