Grow the orders / revenues year over year, via farming of assigned accounts and hunting of new accounts.
Understand the client's business and IT strategy and map their requirements against industry trends. Identify Orange value proposition where Orange solutions able to create values.
Develop and lead a tactical and strategic plan with the extended account team. Conduct regular meetings to track progress.
Organize a communication plan to track progress and development. This will include tactical meetings, monthly executive review meetings and quarterly strategic business review workshops.
Create a resource engagement plan to ensure visibility of Orange within the client's organization. The intent is to make Orange a widely known partner, as organizations tend to leverage existing relationships.
Communicate customer requirement internally to ensure smooth service delivery achieving revenue growth
Experience Required :
10-15 yrs or more experience in Telco and / or network integrator industry
Solid experience in working with global customers, familiar with their bidding process, methodology and communications requirements
Solution knowledge on Cisco WAN / LAN, IP voice, security and cloud
Able to lead and co-develop commercial options for complex bid
Develop account strategy and plan, as well as working with teammate of global account team
Able to travel if required
Engage and work with customer executive levels
Engage partners and internal staff with customer as required to win the bid
Work in a virtual team environment.
Identify and qualify revenue generating opportunities
Draw upon personal relationships with software, hardware and consulting vendors in order to create more customer solutions
Required Degree / Certification :
Degree holder in related subject (e.g EE or CS)
Fluent in both English and ChineseBasic Cisco certification (E.g Cisco Sales specialist)
