Job Description The Estée Lauder Companies is dedicated to providing an enhanced shopping experience by Placing the consumers at the center of the retail journey, allowing them to connect with brands in a Personal way that exceeds their needs, standards and expectations, enabled in part through Omnichannel retailing.

This position will work closely with the APAC Regional Omnichannel Director and be responsible for driving and facilitating organization's Omnichannel portfolio of project execution across all APAC markets.

The successful candidate will be designated as the Regional PMO Lead for several globally defined Omni programs and he / she will work with Global and Affiliate Omni Partners, Corporate Stakeholders and Regional Brands to ensure our Omni programs are executed properly across Online and Offline touch points under a clearly defined roadmap, project plans, timeline, budget and resources.

This is a 1-year contract position, with possibility to turn into permanent contract. Responsibilities : Project Portfolio Management : Regional PMO Lead of several complex Omni programs that are defined and aligned for APAC by coordinating with Global & Affiliate Omni, Regional & Affiliate Online, Regional & Affiliate Brands and across Corporate Functions (e.

g. Legal, Finance, Omni Production, GIS, etc.) from inception of the program all the way to execution as well as post-delivery performance tracking Responsibilities may include but not limited to :

  • Be the program owner by ensuring all projects are implemented on-time, within scope, budget and target project outcome operationalization of Omni functionalities across Online and Offline channels
  • Develop project kick-off, stakeholder analysis and project planning documents to facilitate regional and affiliate project management efforts
  • Serve as internal advisor to consult key project stakeholders on executional best practices (e.g. program design, marketing planning, retail training, etc.
  • and encourage a consumer centric, channel agnostic approach and mindset throughout the project cycle

  • Manage change requests in accordance with project scope, schedule and costs, and escalate with good judgment any problems / hurdles to Regional Omnichannel Director
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to communicate progress, learnings, roadblocks and plans to regional and affiliate stakeholders
  • Technology Planning :

  • Participate in technical planning sessions as well as vendor selection process with IT and Omni production to represent business POV and ensure that projects will be progressed as budgeted and scheduled
  • Assist in gathering business requirements from Brands / other corporate owners to help Omni production to localize Global solutions
  • Assist in QA / UAT sessions for new global solutions / innovative technologies during the 1st pilot of the region
  • Omnichannel Analytics :

  • Be responsible for monitoring and constructing materials to communicate progress, learnings, roadblocks and plans to regional and affiliate stakeholders
  • Measure program performance by tracking KPIs across touch points to validate business benefits and to continuously improve Omni program execution
  • Stakeholder Management : This person is expected to be adept at managing project stakeholders across the organization and will be expected to operate largely independently, communicate effectively our Omnichannel vision and business targets, uphold high quality and integrity of his / her work and is able to established strong credibility across the organization.


  • 5+ years of working experience in project management with a focus on or strong exposure to Consumer Experience & Retail / Online Business.
  • Management consulting background strongly preferred.

  • Must be comfortable with consumer-facing technical solutions and possess an ability to articulate business as well as technical requirements for executional planning with cross-
  • functional stakeholders

  • Strong attention to details and numbers and is results-oriented; high work ethic with a strong sense of ownership to drive an initiative to completion and a can-
  • do attitude towards tackling challenges

  • Excellent & Confident communicator with an ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and understand business dynamics as well as navigate the operational process in a matrix organization
