Applicants should have a doctoral degree by research (Ph.D., D.Sc., Dr.P.H. or equivalent) in statistics, public health science, epidemiology or computer science.
the ability to work closely with external parties, including academics, social service groups, politicians, etc.; and excellent written and spoken communication skills.
The appointee will primarily be responsible for developing simulation models for forecasting disease dynamics. He / She will be required to collect and analyze data, produce reports, review literature, and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
Appointment will be made on contract basis for two years initially commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
